I went out to eat with some girlfriends last Monday, and we started in on Trevor stories. My friend brought up some stories, that honestly I forgot about. My only explanation is that I supress those memories. :-) While reminiscing, I forgot about the most recent Trevor story.
A couple weeks ago I came in the kitchen and noticed that the dishwasher was running. It was just Trevor and I at home, and I didn't remember starting it. So, I went and asked Trevor, and he proudly answered, "yes I started it to help you out mommy." There was a different smell coming from the dishwasher, so I asked him what he put in it. He then went under the sink and pulled out the mop and shine.
I don't think it will take much of an imagination to realize what that does to your dishes. Yes, a nice film of mop and shine was all over the dishes. I had to end up washing all of them by hand. To top it off, the dishwasher now is not working. Ryan has taken it apart and to no avail, it remains quiet; a sound that I miss hearing.
We are now on the hunt for a dishwasher. I don't know whether to thank him for helping me get a new one, or cry because I have to wash dishes by hand in the meantime.
Oh, how we LOVE this boy!!

I always have to laugh when I read your Trevor stories. At the time I would have probably cried, but then when looking back on it .. laughed. Good luck on the hunt!
Oh Trevor. Hope you find a great dishwasher!

We just LOVE that boy and he certainly fills all of our lives with HUMOR!...........yours too in about 15 years. You are in the process of remolding your kitchen and the "boy" is just speeding up the process!
Oh my goodness! That kid is hilarious!
