Yeah, It's finally here

So, many of you know that I have gone a really long time without an oven. Last November, my really old oven caught on fire. I should have walked out of the house and let the kitchen burn down, so I could get a new kitchen. This house truly has the nastiest kitchen. Of course, a kitchen remodel is one of the most expensive things you can do to a house. Because of the layout of the kitchen, we just couldn't figure out what we really wanted to do. And because I still had a stove top, we just kept putting it off.
That is until 2 weeks ago! I finally couldn't take it any longer. I was watching HGTV, (which Ryan is soon going to block me from watching :-), and I thought I've just got to dig in and do this. So, one evening while Ryan was teaching down at Ivy Tech, I tore into the kitchen. Because I am in school right now, replacing the cabinets is not in the budget. So, I decided to refinish them. What a project! I just have three cabinets to go and I'm finished. By ripping out the old wall oven cabinet, that opened up room for the new oven. I went over to Lowe's and ordered the oven. When I came home from school today, I had a message on my machine saying that the oven had arrived.
So, we've voted on what should be the first thing mom should bake. The kids voted pizza. Ryan said cinnamon rolls. So, let the baking begin!
Trip home from Lowe's
One excited girl!
Here she is!
When I'm finished with the kitchen remodel I'll take pictures! I still have to paint, and we hope to tile when we're both on Christmas break!

YES!!!!!!!!!!
YOU are very deserving after almost a YEAR without one! I can see the genuine smile radiate from your face. Does that mean you are doing the cooking next week for our family work project????????
