Rainbow Rotini Pasta Salad
Vinaigrette:
1 c. Mayo
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp basil flakes
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
I make 1.5 of the vinaigrette when I add all the extras
Pasta Salad:
1 bag Rainbow Rotini Pasta, cooked & drained
Bell peppers, multi-colored ( I used red, yellow, & orange)
Broccoli florets (I use about 1/2 head)
Mini-tomatoes (I used about 1/2 of the small container)
** I add 3 grilled chicken breast & 1-2 cups mozzarella cheese
Mix salad ingredients together. Vegetable amts can be varied according to individual preference. Combine vinaigrette ingredients together. Mix well then pour over salad and toss.
